Welcome, I'm happy you're here! My name is Miranda Oglesby, I am an agent and investor in Colorado and Georgia.

I'm from Colorado, born and raised, I have two daughters and two dogs, a Boston Terrier (named Spartacus) and a Cocker Spaniel (named Stella), and my fiancee and I run a real estate business and contracting business.

My goal for this blog to share my love and knowledge of real estate. Whether you're a first time homebuyer, investor or seller, my goal is to help guide you. This blog will answer common questions and explain more complex parts of real estate such as buying an investment property, deciding if you want to do a long or short term rental and how to manage it.

How is this blog different than just searching on google?

I know, I know there is so much information out there that everything blends together or sounds the same. So how is this blog different? This blog is different because I add my own personal experiences. When I first started real estate I had no clue how it worked. I didn't know what was needed to buy a house, why credit scores matter for real estate or what all the real estate terminology even meant. Don't worry though! I break that all down and more. I also show how it is possible to buy investments and self manage all while managing a job, family, and still saving some time for yourself.
